As you know, initially at least, the project was (certainly for me!) quite large and fairly daunting but your expertise and patience helped resolve the problems that arose quickly and efficently and the time, care and trouble you took in your workmanship always made us feel confident that the finished job would be completed to an excellent standard. Which it was!!
